Nappy Rashes

Last week was the most worrisome week

since I took care of Adela, by myself.

Since Adela was 2 months old, she has been using Cloth Diapers (CD)

for the whole day, except sleeping at night, she will be using

disposable diapers (which I won't be mentioning here).

My mother-in-law is a housewife, so she had been taking care

of Adela after I finish my long maternity break.

Since I cannot find anyone trustworthy enough to take care

of her in Sri Aman (I'm teaching primary school there),

I had to leave her behind here in Kuching, with her daddy and

my parents-in-law. You see, I lives alone so it's kinda hard

for me to take care of her there.

Finally, last month I found this nice and wonderful middle age woman,

a mother of 5, who lives near at Kampung Penghulu. After surveying here and there,

I finally decided - this is it!

So, now Adela is here with me! Yey!

Back to the point.

I realized few weeks ago that Adela keep getting this hideous and nasty

looking rashes at her private part. At first it just a small and harmless

looking red spot.

I tried various types of nappy cream but none is working as I want it to be.

I changed the diapers lots of times. But the rashes still there.

So, last resort, I changed the diapers.. I change them to

HUGGIES DRY..

The only thing that I can say is that..

Jalan-jalan...

Last week ada school trip 2 Kuching.

Saya pun bawak laa Hubby n Adela jalan2 gak..

First time pergi kat

Taman Orkid.. Banyak betul orkid kat situ.

Kebetulan ada International Show

4 Orkid Worldwide.. Sempat gak ambik gambar.

Sunday plak, kitorg pegi Taman Budaya Sarawak.

Lama tak jejak kaki kat situ.

Rupa2nya Hubby xpernah pergi kat situ!

Nama jer orang Kuching... hehe

Adela seronok betul kalo bawak jalan2 nie..

Nasib baik xder meragam ker ape...

Senyum jer.. Tengok!

Kitorang pun jalan2. Nasib hari pun okey jer...

Adela n Daddy pun gembira dapat jalan sama2 dengan Mummy...

Yelah, hujung minggu jer dapat

balik, nie jer masa dapat nak jalan2 dengan diorang...

Next time nak bawak si Adela g jalan2 kat KL plak...

tapi xtau plak bile ada budget tu ;p

Sayang satu jer, sy nie xder mesin jahit sisi/tepi tu..

kalau tak, kan senang sikit keje,

xpyh nak hantar kedai jahit sisi...

Baju ni pun xtau muat ker tak di Adela..

hehe.. Wait and see okey!

~Susu Baby~

Nak cerite cikit ttg susu baby.

Bukan susu badan mummy, tp baby.

Few months ago, time Adela baru lahir,

sy noticed ada mcm air warna putih keluar kat

puting susu Dela..

Macam susu..

So ada gak searching pasal tu.

Kalo ikutkan xleh picit or try keluarkan susu tu.

Sbb xder mendatangkan any harm to that baby.

Eventually akan hilang sendiri.

So sy punbiar jer laa.

Then, few weeks later, my mother-in-law

noticed that breast area si Dela nie keras semacam.

(tempat yang sama keluar susu tu laa)

First sy xder laa ssh ati,

but my mom said time kecik2 tu

suppose too picit utk keluarkan susu tu.

Petua orang tua..

Then sy pun pikir pulak,

betul ker?

So, bawak laa si Dela nie jumpe Doc.

Doc cakap xder masalah. Biar jer

nnt akan hilang sendiri.

Tp kena slalu cek gak. Kalo di picit dier nangis,

bawak balik jumpe doc.

Lega gak hati bile doc cakap camtu...

Poo poo?

Nie nak cerite pasal poo poo.

Yelah, kalo dah ader baby kecik nie, xder laa segan nak citer pasal

poo poo kan.

Cerite nyer gine.

Last week (time sy blom balik Kuching la)

hubby citer yang Dela nie mcm susah jer nak

buang poo poo nyer.

Teran2 sambil nangis!

Adoiii kesiannya.

Tu maksud nyer - SEMBELIT!

Ai, kecik2 dah sembelit.

Dela nie bukannyer aper.

Just nak start makan SOLID food.

That's why sembelit,

especially kalo makanan tu tak serasi dengan dier.

Dulu time mula2 try susu formula pun sembelit gak.

Tp tak ler seteruk yang minggu lepas!

Hubby cakap, poo poo dier mcm taik KAMBING

(maaf yer kambing, glamor pulak name ko)

Keras nauzubillah!

So, sy cakap ler kat hubby

berenti dulu bagi makanan solid kat dier.

Kebetulan the next day sy balik KUCHING

so dapat laaa bawak si Dela ni g Klinik

Aaa... Teman2 sekalian.

Satu pesanan buang semua

Jangan takut nak bawak si kecik pergi klinik!

Yelah, demam sikit.........

Baik bawak ke Klinik daripada si kecik merana,

sian dier dah laa tak leh nak cakap sakit tang mane!

So, lebih baik dapat nasihat Doktor daripada dapat

nasihat 'doktor' yang tak bertauliah!

Time sembelit tu, mcm2 org cakap

sebab makin lama poo poo tidoq dalam usus tu

makin keras laa poo poo.

1. Bagi jus prune, apple & seangkatan dengannyer

2. Gerak2kan kaki si kecik sebab ia boleh membantu

menggerakkan poo poo dalam usus.

Ingat nie jer, elakkan bagi makan baby dari BRAT diet! (especially

time sembelit)

2 hari lagi nak cuti Penggal 1,

xsabar nak balik jumpe Dela

(walaupun every weekend balik Kuching!)

SENYUMMMM!!!!

The new beginning......

Last nite evening gav me quite a scared.......

It was a very hectic week. I finally got my Diploma in Education last Tuesday - 20th April 2010. I drove my car from Sri Aman down 2 Kuching (takes 'bout 3 hours, last Friday) Right after I reached Kuching (around 6 p.m.), I followed my hubby 2 his bowling tournament at Parkson-Riverside. We came home quite late & I was so exausted.

Later-on Sunday, we went to Sarikin (outing with my parents, grand-nan & sis) 2 buy few things, since both my parents R going 4 Umrah diz May 2010 at Mecca. Lots of things can B found there, but I only bought few snacks & a set of carving (to be hang inside my house). We managed 2 get back 2 Kuching quite early b'coz my parents and grand-nan wat 2hav their injections (a must b4 going abroad) & I also took da chance 2conform my stat of pragnency (which is positive by da way), & I hav 2sent my car 2my friend (I rent it to her 4 2days 2da konvo), went back home to my hubby's house and falls asleep.

Erly on Monday mornin', I went 2da Institut 2take 'JUBAH' 4'da ceremony on Tuesday, and a short rehersel. Aftr dat I went back 4 a while 2my parents house b4 I went back to my parents-in-law house. After my husband got back from work, we moved to my parents house (since my parents want to see me taking my Diploma) n stay 4da nite.

Next morning - Konvo Day! Busy2 as usual and finished around 12 in the afternoon. Later dat evening, me & my hubby went out with my friends &went KAROK! It was fun until 11 p.m., I finally gave up and went back home.

On Wednesday (I only managed 2get 3days off from GB) so I hav 2drive back to Sri Aman (3hours driving! - again). As I arrived I was so exausted dat I couldn't stand.

Late dat nite (which gave me the fright) I saw a drop of blood on the toilet bowl & I was like ..... (I dunno how 2describe my feeling at dat time). Sumhow I'm so tired dat I don't hav da strength to drive 2da nearest hospital- so I slept. The next day (I'm still thinking 'bout the blood & da chances it'll get miscarrage) I went 2 school as usual and only went to the clinic around 3.30 p.m.

I was lucky my baby still intake in my womb & I manage 2C him/her for da 1st time. I was so happy! Then da doc adviced me to take a lot of rest & avoid doing havy things. Praise to Allah, my baby is save here inside of me..

"Sorry Mummy didn't think about you diz few days. You must be tired also. So mummy is going to take it easy as much as possible okey!"

My baby is now 6 weeks and 1 day. I can see his/her heart beat 2day too!! I love you baby! Thanks to Doc Guang for your help 2day.
